We accomplish our mission by allowing you, the hardware retailer, to request free product from our participating manufacturers. In a few days the product is delivered right to your store. In return, you must complete an on-line survey of the product(s) that you have received.

The surveys are designed by the manufacturer and take just a few minutes to complete. The only caveat is that you must be a bona fide Hardware Retailer with an active account with a wholesaler to participate.

Similar to your local library, you may have up to three items "checked out" at a time. You cannot request another until you have completed at least one survey for a checked out item. There is no limit to the number of items that you may receive and as long as you continue to evaluate these products, they are yours to keep.

That's it! Simply sign up for the service, choose products that you want to evaluate, complete the associated survey, and request free product.
